The Voyije App is provided to students enrolled in educational programs through participating institutions. You must be authorized by your institution to use the App.

2. License

Voyije grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with the App’s security or functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the App in accordance with institutional policies and applicable laws.

4. Institutional Content

Content provided by your institution (e.g., tasks, checklists, notifications) is the responsibility of that institution. Voyije is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of institutional content.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or at the request of your institution.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Voyije makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyije and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and/or on our website, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
